About Us

Neil and Karen Greiling have 60 years of experience raising strawberries. Neil grew up on a fruit and vegetable farm that his father, Clarence F. Greiling, established in 1933.

Neil, 89, began his tractor driving career at age 8 while his father engaged the tractor dealer in a long conversation. While the two men stood on the side of the field, Neil grew impatient sitting on the tractor. He decided he’d learned plenty watching his dad. He surprised both his father and the dealer with his precision driving. After Clarence got over his initial panic, he waved his approval and Neil finished the day’s plowing.

Today, Neil handles the majority of the work himself. His daughter assists him.

Karen, 80, has retired from answering the
phone due to dementia. She still enjoys
the farm by listening to the chatter on the
walkie talkies.
